This Privacy Policy (Policy) is applicable to all information collected by Cama Pimenta through its digital properties, and provides information about its collection, use, maintenance and disclosure.

Types of information we collect

 

Cama Pimenta collects your interaction data on our website, as well as your approximate geographic location and other demographic data provided by your Google account to Google Analytics. Our intention is to use the information to offer you the best experience with our website, services and products, improving our activities with the feedback of customers, consumers and website users.

Such collection may take place in the following ways: a) through the websites, applications and landing pages operated by Cama Pimenta; b) for the use and enjoyment of our services; c) for the voluntary provision of your information.

In general, the information collected may include: a) information from the device used to access our services; b) location information; c) demographic information; d) interactions at our virtual addresses, such as pages accessed, length of stay and materials downloaded; e) internet protocol (ip), browser type, among others.

It is important to point out that all this information comes to us anonymously - with the exception of registered users who log in to our virtual properties to use our services, or who provide such registration information to receive some material from us, it is impossible to link the data collected to the User person: We receive this information for statistical purposes only.

Information you provide to us through registration

 

  • Cama Pimenta Customers: Some of our services may ask you to sign up for an account, or subscribe to receive material. In these cases, we may ask for some personal information, such as your name, email address, preferences, etc., all of which are explicitly specified at the time of registration and entered by you in response to the filling fields. This information will be used to provide you with personalized content, best suited to your interests, ensuring a better user experience.

  • The user is co-responsible for the confidentiality of personal data. Sharing passwords and access data violates this Privacy Policy and Cama Pimenta's terms of use.

Types of information not collected

 

Sensitive personal information, under the terms of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law), such as bank account numbers, credit card, identity, CPF, CNH, passport, among others, will not be requested by the digital properties of Cama Pimenta and shall not be provided by the consumer.

Except for that information necessary for virtual purchases in our virtual store, relevant to make payments, confirm the buyer's identity and send the products for delivery. Such information will be requested when registering for your account on our e-commerce platform, as soon as and if this is implemented. They will be requested explicitly and never collected without your explicit consent and voluntary provision.

Collection of data not expressly provided for

 

Eventually, Cama Pimenta may collect other types of data that are not expressed in this Privacy Policy. However, such data will only be collected if there is consent from the user or if the collection is allowed on a legal basis. In any case, both data collection and data processing activities will be informed to website users.

Term and location of storage of personal data

The personal data collected by Cama Pimenta are stored and used for the period of time that corresponds to what is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this document. Once the storage periods for personal data have expired, they will be removed from the database or anonymized, except in cases where there is a possibility or need for storage in view of legal or regulatory provisions.

The data collected will be stored on our servers located in Brazil, as well as on servers in the cloud (cloud computing), which means, in the latter case, transfer or processing of data outside Brazil, the suppliers are operators that have a contract with Cama Pepper with a specific purpose and in compliance with the provisions of this Policy.
